Returns

We want you to love these designs as much as we do. If a piece isn’t quite the right fit, we’re here to help.

The Essentials

  • Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or damage.
  • Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: Contact hi@studioamix.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship it back: Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Refund: After we receive and inspect your item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover processing and handling costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately athi@studioamix.comso we can make it right.
